Adlyte, a spin-off from ETH Zurich, was formed in 2009 to commercialize the EUV LPP light source developed at ETH, Laboratory for Energy Conversion (LEC). Our team of world-class engineers and scientists have been focusing on providing turnkey EUV light sources for the past few years.

Adlyte applies fundamental breakthroughs in plasma physics and thermal management to produce an integrated fully-automated laser produced plasma (LPP) EUV light source.

Adlyte is a pioneering company that designs and manufactures EUV light sources. Our innovative technology delivers a high brightness solution for the semiconductor industry. We generate clean cost-effective photons.
